Looks can be deceivingI bought 2 of these rugs in different colors to help complete my Valentine s Day decor. As new, they are great to look at and step on for every day use, however, when washing these rugs, they do not hold up. Whatever they use as a backing for cushion, washed away. Essentially, they are now good for nothing but to be looked at from a distance. I used them as bath mats this year, so next year I will have to seek something different. I wanted to send them back after I discovered the faultiness of the product but I think it was past the time of return.
